Booking conditions
THE PRICE of our activities is the one published on our website (biosean.com) in the “experiences” section. Quotes and estimates will be sent via the email address info@biosean.com. Discounts apply for children (between 0–11 years old) and residents.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Multilingual marine biologist specialist (English, Spanish, French and Italian).
Introductory talk and explanations during the activity.
Identification of marine species.
Collection of scientific data.
Exclusive tour with a maximum of 10 passengers.
Water on board.
IGIC and port taxes.
Liability insurance and mandatory passenger insurance.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Parking at the port.
Food.
Souvenirs.
CHANGES to bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice and will be subject to boat availability.
BOOKINGS can be made through our website, email, social media and distributors authorized by Biosean. They will be valid for the time and date indicated in the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER will only be accepted through the channels indicated in point 1.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY or rescheduling may occur due to bad weather, occupancy, organizational reasons or technical issues. The company reserves the right to cancel. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date whenever possible. If this is not possible, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
IF THE CUSTOMER arrives late for the excursion or does not show up, no refund will apply.
IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS: – With one week or more notice, 100% will be refunded. – Between 6 days and 72 hours notice, 50% will be refunded. – With 72 hours or less notice, no refund will apply.
REFUNDS, depending on the payment method and bank, may take up to one week to be processed after confirmation.
ACCEPTANCE of the contract, terms, conditions and the program of the activity(ies) is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
